Executive Advantage Coaching LLC, serving the Ohio2 District, is led by William D. Jones, a retired Form 50 District Manager renowned for transforming operational performance. Upon his arrival in March 2022, the district was ranked 37th out of 50 performance clusters within the United States Postal Service, and under his guidance, it has since soared to a Top 15 national ranking as of Q3 year-to-date. In Q2 FY2024, the Ohio2 District achieved a Top 10 national ranking and secured the #2 spot in the Central Area, with three MPOOs consistently ranking in the top quartile during the first two quarters.
